Donation Refunds<\/h3>\n\n

As a registered charitable organization, we strive to ensure that all donations are processed accurately and securely. Donations are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors may occur and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n

      Tax Receipts<\/h3>\n\n

      If a charitable tax receipt has already been issued for a refunded donation, the receipt will be cancelled and should no longer be used for tax purposes. We reserve the right to request the return or destruction of any tax receipt associated with a refunded donation.<\/p>\n\n

      Recurring Donations<\/h3>\n\n

      Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or through the donation platform, if available. Cancellation will prevent future donations from being processed but will not automatically refund donations already processed.<\/p>\n\n
