It aims to remove one tonne of plastic pollution from Toronto\u2019s urban forests, ravines, parks, and green spaces by the end of 2026, while raising awareness about the hidden impacts of plastic waste on local ecosystems. The project targets both visible litter and concealed waste within forest interiors. plastics \u2014 across Black Creek Parkland, Driftwood Park, Fred Young Park, Dan Lannuzzi Park, and the Dan Lannuzzi Pond, representing 27% of our 1\u2011tonne removal target for this year<\/li><li>Restored 65,120 m\u00b2 of urban forest and ravine habitat from plastic pollution, an area equivalent to more than nine professional soccer fields.<\/li><li>Engaged 5 volunteers,
